Key responsibilities

Phone number	10 digits, starting with 0 (e.g. 0772000000). Becomes your login — must not already be registered.
Alternate numbers	Optional. Same 10-digit format; each must differ from your primary number and from each other.
Email	Optional, but if provided it must be unique — not already used by another account.
Password	At least 8 characters recommended. For your security, it is never kept if the form is sent back with an error — you'll enter it once, right before your final, successful submission.
NIN	Exactly 14 characters, matching your National ID card. Required for Ugandan nationals; foreign nationals use a passport number instead.
Profile photo	JPG or PNG. Large images are compressed automatically to about 200KB.
Documents	Scanned copies, ideally around 200KB each.
Uploaded files	For your browser's security, a file you've selected cannot be carried over if the form is sent back with an error elsewhere — you'll need to select it again.
